Day 119

14.7 Miles to Duncannon. Slept very well at Lisas Hostel, the bed was so soft and comfy I didn’t want to leave. It was Hot and slow today. The trail itself was mostly not terrible, especially the first 2 miles so DogTag was able to walk a little bit which he was excited about. the heat was getting to me and so I went super slow and took lots of breaks. Coming down the mountain was a nightmare-very rocky for no reason and far out had a completely different t path listed. Dinner was a brewery in town and then we had excellent ice cream at a local place near the church hostel
