Great shuttle service in Erwin. They leave their business cards at hotels and hostels. Super 8 has a computer for use. Lots of resupply venues but quite a walk from most hotels. Quaint downtown and the Choo choo cafe makes a killer Reuben. Brewery downtown

Stayed at Natures inn hostel for 2 nights. Awesome hostel, nicest owners, and they offer free shuttle! I would definitely stay there again!

The town has many options for resupply, food, etc. however it is very spread out and hitching can be difficult.

It's got nice places to stay. Good resupply options too. I stayed at Uncle Johnny's, which had bikes and shuttles that I could take to restaurants and resupplies.

Uncle Johnny’s was amazing. I loved that they had loaner bikes for around town. And the local ice cream shop had 6 vegan flavors!

An easy hitch into town. Good resupply, lodging, and food options. Very hiker friendly.
