Day 59

Zero day in bishop

No matter what I do, I will wake up early even on a zero day. This zero day was thrilling like all the others. Woke up and went to the continental breakfast aka yogurt, cereal, and waffles. Ate that in the room before going to second breakfast at the Great Basin bakery where we got breakfast sandwiches, coffee, lemonade, and two chocolate chip cookies. Headed over to the post office and grabbed our packages from the lovely mother and then stopped by the pharmacy for one dose of laundry detergent. Then I rotted pretty much all day. Dad did our laundry. What a kind gentleman. I rotted some more before he went out to do something. I completely forgot what but I was developing a headache from doom scrolling so I organized my food. So much food. I then doom scrolled some more before we planned to meet up with the group. We got distracted from FaceTiming mom plus I didn’t want to walk a mile for pizza so dad and I ended up going back to the brewery before we were promised another VFW night. Caleb said they might booze in their motel room but with my charm aka dad promised to buy them their first round of beers they came to us at the brewery just as we were finishing our delicious sorbets. We all caught up before some of us headed to the saloon next door. That plus was DEAD. We ended up buying four pitchers of beer while playing a questions game. Fun to getting to know what people think about you. I tried to leave but Caleb with his wit convinced me to stay a little longer on the conditions that he bought some songs that played at the bar. I miss dancing at bars. Everyone only wants to talk and not dance and no bars are set up for dancing. That’s why imma try to convince them to go club in portland with me when we get up there. It would be a good scene. I headed home late, a perfect drunk. I was spinning a lil bit when I laid down but I chugged some water real quick before heading to bed. Good day overall.
