Day 79

30 miles accomplished. The morning miles flew by, with an incredible sunrise and views.

The afternoon was hot and much less visually appealing. Tim was also recovering from a bee sting from the day before, and unfortunately has very bad painful reactions to bees resulting in a painful final 15 miles to the day.

I was also dealing with some hot spots and light shin splint pain. Can’t win em all I guess. But we are excitedly making plans for future town stops, and can’t wait for beers in Dunsmuir tomorrow!
