Day 93

Written on Jun 19th 2022 at 1:23 AM

I went 18.7 miles today. The day steered out pretty nice and cool but then as I hiked up killington it started getting a lot colder by the time I got up to the top it was about 38 degrees. It felt very cold especially since it’s June. I passed the 1,700 mile marker today which means I have less than 500 miles to go. It’s starting to feel like this might end sometime very far in the future but I am getting closer. I kinda did a blue blaze today I took the old Appalachian trail instead of the new one because the old one goes right past the inn I’m staying at right now. It’s called the inn at long trail. I took a bus into Rutland, Vermont to resupply then got an Uber to come back out. I’m looking forward to tomorrow.
