16 easy miles today to Crabtree Meadows (AKA the base of Whitney!)
I have started to see places I’ve been before, from a rock where I soaked my feet to the last campground Emily and I stayed at when we hiked the JMT six years ago.
We are trying to fall asleep by 7 pm, wake up around 12:30, and will hopefully be summiting Whitney tomorrow for sunrise if all goes as planned!
