Day 60

I hiked 15.6 miles today. I have done it, I have hiked 1,000 miles over hill and under hill my journeys have taken me but I’m still not done. My quest still lies far before my eyes. But the end goal is drawing nearer. I might be listening to lotr audio book a little to much?? but it’s pretty good?. I’d say it’s better than talking to trees as they pass by. I entered a section of the trail called the roller coaster because the hills just go steep up then steep down for 14 miles but so far it felt pretty much like everything else I’ve done. The trail crossed quit a few streams today having to step across stepping stone gets precarious sometimes especially when it a long stretch of stepping stones. I’m doing the 4 state challenge the day after tomorrow so I’ll get to PA then and see you all, hopefully, shortly after that. The 4 state challenge is to go from the northern border of Virginia through West Virginia and Maryland then get to the southern border of Pennsylvania in 24 hours it’s about 44 miles so we’ll see if I can get it done. I’m looking forward to getting onward with my journeying tomorrow.
