Day 52

Well I finally did it, I hiked 30 miles today in another foggy, dreary, and a little bit chilly day. In those 30 miles I climbed over 8,000 feet and went down over 7,000 feet that’s over 15,000 feet of elevation change and I did it in less than 12 hours with a 1 hour lunch break. I don’t know how I did that today but I did and I am kinda tired but nothing a little sleep and rest won’t fix. I thought it was going to be a little nicer today but it was pretty much the same as the past two days just a little colder. It did clear up nearer the end of the day so that was a nice change and it’s suppose to be nice tomorrow, hopefully. I’m having a hard time thinking about what happened today it’s kinda just a jumbled mess of continuous hiking the trail in my mind. All my days run together the only reason I know it’s Monday is because I watched some of Rockville’s livestream yesterday oh wait? that was today???. I know it’s Sunday, don’t worry I haven’t lost my mind yet. Happy Mother’s Day and thank you mom for everything you’ve ever done for me. I’m lookin forward to whatever tomorrow holds for me.
