Day 51

I hiked 18.4 miles today in another rainy, dreary, and foggy day. It was a little chilly when I took lunch being wet and sitting down got a little cold after a little but I’m dry now and it’s looking like sun tomorrow. I passed the 800 mile marker today. I don’t know why but every time I pass a hundred mile marker I get more and more excited. Guess I just can’t wait to get back home but I have to keep reminding myself to enjoy this time of my life now. This is a good experience that I’ll be able to look back on and remember all the great days, the good days, and the bad days and hopefully be able to apply it to my life in some way that glorifies God. Y’all are amazing family and friends I’m so blessed to have you all in my life. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens tomorrow.
