The Oregon Skyline Trail was an early long-distance route along Oregon's Cascade Range, generally described as running from Mount Hood south to Crater Lake. It's historically important as a precursor to what later became the Pacific Crest Trail corridor; today it's not maintained as a single continuous modern trail, but portions and alignments remain in existing routes.
