Go to Leavenworth. Long hitch but easy on that busy road. Enjoy a tourist beer riden town with a Bavarian vibe. Has Safeway and a KOA as well as more pricey lodgings.

Snoqualmie is an easy hitch into North Bend or Issaquah with REI and a ton of options for resupply, and you don’t have to deal with Seattle traffic.

It feels a lot closer to civilization than a lot of Northern Washington, which I suppose is a mixed bag but I enjoyed the cell service and restaurant selection. You could easily resupply out of the hiker box at the hotel alongside the grocery store and Chevron.
