Campground in town was very hiker friendly and sisters coffee co had great drip coffee. Super easy hitch to Bend on the Main Street. Bi mart has a sweet resupply with a good variety of hiker food.
Sisters is awesome! It's a larger town than most of the tiny PCT towns, but isn't big enough for it to become a difficulty. The hidden gem here is the Sisters Creekside Campground. You will save some major money as it's only $5 a night, pretty close to town, and has nice facilities/hosts. If you don't want to spend big hotel/hostel money in Bend (hotel $100, hostel $50), come here and take a day trip to Bend. Major grocery store on the west side of town. Takoda's restaurant has an AYCE salad bar for like $8 too.
