Want to document and share your hike with friends and family?
In 12th grade, my Econ teacher told our class, it takes 21 days to build a habit. I’ve been pretty lazy about training for trail this time around (last year with the JMT, I created a spreadsheet to track daily fitness goals), but I’ve decided that I want to make it a habit again. Even if I feel fit enough to backpack 500 miles, I want to make it easier on myself so I can enjoy the experience more. +, good training for the future thru hike plans :) So, I went on my first run today in ages and did not quite make it as far as I could last year, but I’m proud that this is day 1 of 21 of a new habit 🎉🎉
