I went mid-July to mid-August 2016. But I know l that for example, last year, there was a HUGE influx of hikers on the CT. I don't think you'll have an issue meeting others. Honestly, you could check people's start dates on the app too to get a feel for when people art starting.

Which month did you go? I’m worried about the trail being more empty in late summer

I did the CT in 2016 and only met two other people! The bubble was ahead of us a bit. But regardless, it was such a beautiful trail. Hope you love it!
