Big bear city - zero day

Total: 266.7 miles

Slept in a bunk bed once again on the top bunk but this time with 2 feet of head space so it was a lil cramped. We took it chill up until we decided to go to town to finish our errands. People needed gear but I wanted a post card so I could send it to hunter. We did like 4 miles of walking around town going into different shops looking for said things. Then we came upon a German brautwurst place and it was calling my name. I got two brauts, one cheddar and one jalapeño one on a pretzel bun with homemade sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, and potato salad. Too expensive but truly was one of the best meals I’ve had in town. Then I went to the post office and sent the postcard out ahead of the guys but somehow we met back up at the bus stop. The bard just sticks his thumb out at any place just to see if he can get a ride and within 3 minutes he got one. Sweeet couple in a van brought us back to our Airbnb and the rest of the day I rotted and I rotted good. I ate my weight in sweets which was delicious and then I hit the jacuzzi for one last time. FaceTimed mom to work through some back stretches and then sat on the couch watching the bard go through YouTube and his favorite musical numbers. Truly entertaining. Then I went to bed. Nothing too exciting today tbh but it was a zero day.
