I’m gonna keep this short and sweet - we had a orettt lengthy climb today following two bursts up a couple hills for a total of 3,700 feet of elevation gain. For whatever reason, they’ve felt a little easier but mentally they’ve been TOUGH. Must be the lower elevation.

Had some additional rain today and stopped by Dorothy Lake for some nice dinner. Made it to Mike 1,000 this evening. Can’t believe it. Yet, we’re not even halfway there. Early start tomorrow to catch shuttle to Kennedy Meadows North. Finally get to ditch the pesky bear can.
