Colorado Trail House hostel was amazing and right in the center of town, affordable rates but no camping. Be sure to buy a Melanzana fleece from around the corner, all the hip hikers are doing it! High Mountain Pies was delicious. Really cool main Street, full grocery, tons of bars and restaurants.
