Manchester Center is a great little town. There’s a Price Chopper for resupply, a Walgreens for any of your medical needs, a decent gear shop (The Mountain Goat) and a bunch of great restaurants. There’s even a large and quirky bookstore if you’re one to carry books on trail. Everything is all walkable once you’re in town. I stayed at the Pinnacle Lodge which you can walk to from the trail and it’s an excellent biker friendly place that will take you into town for whatever you need.
