Day 21

9.9 miles to Cold Spring Shelter. Had Hiked Pancake Breakfast in Franklin Baptist church before heading out. Started with a lot of wind but ended up being a nice day overall. Saw Wayah Bald and its observation tower and had a nice little lunch. The Cold Springs shelter is one of the oldest on the trail. We met Roper who had a birthday yesterday and so was giving out birthday Oreos to celebrate.
