Last training hike a few days back. Been getting 14-21 miles at a clip with full pack, in aggressive terrain. Hoping that’s enough to at least have me at a point where the real trail can train me from here. Two days ‘til I head north from the border and start my 5 month retirement party. Stoked! Thank you, my beloved Shannon and Ellie, for all your love, support, and help getting ready. I couldn’t do it without you. You are my strength.
