Training hike 10.16miles 2 hours 59 minutes
I think that's fair. I'm doing the same. I'm doing 8-10 miles with no stopping or sitting. So far it's feeling okay but I'm also hiking on extremely flat trail. When I was on the AT and CT I stopped every hour and took a break. I don't think I'll need to stop that often when starting the PCT but what I do know is that I'm going to do whatever my body asks me to do. So if that means stopping every 30 mins the first week I'll do that. I have every intention of finishing this. That said, I bet you're going to be fine considering your body and health is in mind.
I'm hoping once on trail it doesn't hurt so bad. I don't stop on my training hikes, so the 10 miles is from my house around the trail and back. I'm hoping on trail when I am hiking and taking 15 to 20 minute breaks in that I will recover and be able to go farther.
