Miles 353 to 370 today were easily the most scenic we have had the whole time. Today was nothing but climbs, but again, the grade was incredible, and we had views of cascading mountains and valleys with perfect clouds in the sky.

We leapfrogged with many friends who were previously behind us today as folks started to catch up with us, and had a beautiful couple of beers at the brewery with friends getting in to Wrightwood. This town is very hiker friendly—tons of free things for hikers from resupply food to yoga to hot dogs.

We even got a hitch from another hiker’s parents. We are exhausted but feeling so lucky to be out here and happy to have made it further than either of us have ever hiker before.
